PORCARIO law® is built on more than two decades of experience in Intellectual Property, Trademark Strategy, Brand Protection and innovation-related matters, helping those who create, build and innovate navigate increasingly complex legal and commercial landscapes.
Prior to founding the firm, Bárbara Porcario led trademark departments and managed local and international intellectual property portfolios, advising brands, businesses, entrepreneurs, creators and international stakeholders on trademark protection, data governance, unfair competition and strategic growth.
Combined with international recognition, leadership roles within the International Trademark Association (INTA), and extensive experience advising both local and global stakeholders, this background shapes a perspective that is strategic, international and growth-oriented.
